1½ yards fabric (light-colored batiste or cotton), matching thread, 2 colors of floss, sewing machine, pleater, dowel, fabric scissors, hand sewing needle, smocking needle, measuring tape, washable marker, pins, hem gauge, heavy duty electrical extension cord. |
